About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new sales, identifying potential clients, retaining existing customers, and encouraging previous clients that have cancelled their subscriptions to re-subscribe. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, collaborating effectively with other sales staff and management, and possess strong self-management skills.

What you will do:

  • New Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential clients to generate new sales.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued use of our products.
  • Client Re-engagement: Reach out to previous clients that have cancelled their subscriptions and work to bring them back as customers.
  • Independent Work: Manage your own time and sales pipeline efficiently, working independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales staff and management to align strategies and share insights.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to management.
  • Management Skills: Utilise good self-management practices to oversee sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction
