Yes.

Typically it can be from weeks to months. We make a few links to your site so that you will get indexed.
If you would like us to work on the ranking of your site we can do that to with search marketing.
Do I need to buy software to edit my website?

This depends on the hosting plan you are on but usually we say 10.
Can I have animation?
If it is for a good purpose and will enhance the website then sure.
Can I have music playing?
We would rather the music was part of a video clip.
Can I have video playing?
Yes, usually we put the video in youtube, you get some better search engine possibilities that way.
